Load Management Program Rates
Off Peak – 4.25¢ per kWh
Dual Fuel and Air Source Heat Pump – 5.52¢ per kWh
Freedom Heating – 6.496¢ per kWh (closed to new participants)
Controlled Air Conditioning – $10.00/month credit (June-August)
