We have a variety of bill paying alternatives to fit your lifestyle. Bills are due by the date printed on your statement and can be mailed in, dropped off at various locations, or electronically transferred from your bank account to ours.

Drop Boxes

Located in our parking lot (1 mile south of Hwy 34 on County Road 6 in Park Rapids, MN) and in the alley behind the Park Rapids Post Office.

Automatic Payment Plan

Payments can be electronically transferred from your checking or savings account to Itasca-Mantrap Co-op. You will receive a monthly statement showing the amount to be deducted on a pre-determined date. An automatic payment application is available by contacting a customer service representative.

Budget Billing

The budget billing system helps members budget for their energy use. Usage is calculated in advance by reviewing the total kilowatts used over the past twelve months to determine a consistent monthly payment amount. This amount appears each month on your statement, and in the twelfth month any under-payment or over-payment that may have occurred is reconciled.

Combine budget billing with the automatic payment plan and know exactly how much will be deducted from your bank account each month.

Sales Tax Exemption

Customers who use electricity as their primary source of residential space heat are exempt from sales tax for the billing months of November through April. Some agricultural and industrial customers are eligible year round. Before an exemption can be made, we request that you file an exemption certificate with our office.  Contact a customer service representative.
