We have a variety of bill paying alternatives to fit your lifestyle. Bills are due by the date printed on your statement and can be mailed in, dropped off at various locations, or automatically paid from your credit card or bank account every month.

Go paperless with e-bill

Introducing the next step in bill paying convenience. Itasca-Mantrap Members can now pay their bill on-line with e-bill. Avoid the hassles of traditional paper billing and take care of business on-line. Gain instant access to accounts any time, 24 hours a day. E-bill payments are safe, secure and private. Payments can be made by checking or savings account, or by Visa, MasterCard Discover credit card or debit card. Members new to e-bill will need to set up an account first. Once the account is set up through e-bill, Itasca-Mantrap will send a monthly email notification when the bill is ready for payment. Members who elect to discontinue receiving printed statements will receive a link to the Itasca-Mantrap monthly newsletter, NewsLine, within the e-bill notification email.

Located in our parking lot (1 mile south of Hwy 34 on County Road 6 in Park Rapids, MN) and in the alley behind the Park Rapids Post Office.

Payments can be electronically transferred from your checking or savings account to Itasca-Mantrap, or debited from your Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card. You will receive a monthly statement showing the amount to be deducted on a pre-determined date. An automatic payment application is available by contacting our office or can be downloaded below. The budget billing system helps members budget for their energy use. Itasca-Mantrap’s budget billing is based on a levelized plan, which means the 12-month average is recalculated each month and fluctuates according to the last 12 months use. The budget amount is rounded up to the nearest $10 amount.

To sign up for budget billing, first stop by or call our office to obtain your calculated budget amount. Use this information to fill out the budget billing form, which can be obtained from our office staff or can be downloaded below. Budget Billing Form

Customers who use electricity as their primary source of residential space heat are exempt from sales tax for the billing months of November through April. Some agricultural and industrial customers are eligible year round. Before an exemption can be made, we request that you file an exemption certificate with our office.
